Architecture

At Kyphera Signal, we treat data integrity as a physical asset. This policy details our rigorous methodology for handling intelligence metadata and personal identifiers within our real-time processing pipelines.

Information Collection & Signal Processing

Our signal analytics operations are designed with structural neutrality. We ingest real-time telemetry from institutional data sources solely to provide verified intelligence to decision-makers. We do not aggregate personal consumer profiles or engage in invasive tracking.

  • [01] Source Identity: We collect contact information provided during professional intake to maintain secure communication channels.
  • [02] Operational Metadata: Technical logs from Kyphera nodes are retained for 30 days to ensure signal integrity audits.

Zero-Third-Party Mandate

Kyphera Signal does not sell, trade, or lease intelligence metadata to secondary brokers. All data remains within our air-gapped secure environment or specified client instances.

Analytics Scope

Real-time data ingested via our Daejeon processing hub is scrubbed of non-essential PII (Personally Identifiable Information) before archival.

Retention & Purge Protocols

Intelligence outputs are retained according to the specific compliance window selected during your integration setup. Standard institutional records are stored for the duration of the service contract plus a 24-month archival period for audit trail verification.

1. Your Access & Rights

Transparency is the foundation of verified intelligence. Under regional and international standards, you maintain specific rights regarding the professional data we process. You may request an audit of the signal analytics we maintain relative to your organization at any time.

You have the right to request access to your data, correction of any inaccuracies in our signal mapping, or the deletion of your account metadata upon termination of services. Requests are processed by our technical lead within 48 operational hours.

2. Security Posture

Kyphera Signal utilizes AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit across our fiber ingestion points. Our internal architecture follows the principle of least privilege—access to raw signal data is restricted to verified technical leads and is logged in an immutable ledger.

Air-Gapped Processing

Sensitive logic updates are manually reviewed before deployment to our high-frequency analytical nodes.

Intrusion Mitigation

Multi-source validation requirements prevent signal interference or unauthorized data extraction.

3. International Transfers

Data is primarily processed at our Dunsan-dong Daejeon headquarters. For global operations, signal analytics may be relayed through regional node proximity points to reduce latency. Regardless of location, our strict Kyphera Standard remains the baseline for all data sovereignty protocols.

Global Node Proximity

Our infrastructure adheres to local data sovereignty laws across every region where a Kyphera signal tower or fiber node is active.
